Friends of the Alpine Public Library (FAPL) are library supporters who believe that any community is a better place in which to live if that community has a first-rate library.
APL friends help the Alpine Public Library’s director and Board of Directors and serve as the library’s advocates and fundraisers in the community. Friends create public support for and awareness of the Alpine Public Library through fundraising events, outreach programs and management of the Re-Reads bookstore. APL friends are the volunteer base for the library and the library is always looking for new friends and helpers.
