On Your Mark! Get Set! Read!
Start stretching those page-turning fingers, flexing those book-supporting arms, and exercising those reading eyes. Start piling up those books and lining up those pledges. It’s time for the Alpine Public Library Read-a-thon!
Register at the circulation desk or at alpinepubliclibrary.org. Read from August 27 to September 17.
Participants may count books read to them. Readers may count books they read to others. All books count, including audio books and e-books.
Don’t have time to read? Help Clark, the library fish, support kids who read to Bare Bear and Mariposa, our own therapy dogs. Donate to Clark’s pledge fund in the library or on the APL website.
